Paulina Swigon
Biography
Paulina helped scale Reachdesk from 10 to over 250 employees across the UK, US, and Portugal, leading core functions across finance, operations, HR and procurement. Prior to that, she held operational roles at Oracle and IBM, with a focus on improving systems, data quality, and internal processes. She now brings her experience to early-stage companies, building the operational foundations that support scale.

Biography
Prajwal works on Product at Blissgrowth, where he helps co-build AI-first B2B startups alongside second-time founders - driving ideation, market validation, and the early MVPs that become new ventures. He brings a product-led approach honed across early-stage fintech and marketplace startups, having led 0→1 products at Flywl (cloud meta-marketplace) and Klub, where he shipped MVPs generating revenue. He's especially focused on the intersection of AI and business models where AI reshapes moats, unit economics, and distribution.
